Yoga alone doesn’t get deep enough through the layers of tissue to grant this depth of freedom in the Healthy Body. In order to affect the tissue to the depth of the bone, the tool needs to be similar in density to bone. This is why the Block Buddy, which is used in block therapy, is made from wood.
