Yes! Just simply walking every day will keep your feet in good health, but you can also do more!
If you want to do more to better your foot health, below are four activities you can do to help:
Doing some sort of simple exercise like walking can be done every day, more strenuous exercises should be done only 3 or 4 times a week or you'll end up with an injury. If we don't keep our feet healthy and strong we could end up with injuries like plantar fasciitis which is the most common foot problem in North America and anywhere that people wear shoes and socks for the majority of their lives. Shoes and socks are restrictive and don't allow the feet to move as they should so the feet tend to get weaker especially if we don't use them enough.
