Is Massage Therapy a Lifetime Commitment? | Myoflex Massage & Rejuvenation Clinic

If I go for massage, will I have to go for the rest of my life?

Can I choose when to stop massage therapy?

Generally, if you get massage therapy to treat a specific condition, once the symptoms have been alleviated, you may not have to go for other treatments. However, it is recommended to receive additional massage therapy sessions as maintenance and for preventative measures.
