We recognize this is an unprecedented time for everyone — a time filled with uncertainty. Some of you may be facing health issues, loneliness or even financial hardship. Our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one of you.
While the main purpose of HealthLocal is to connect Canadians to their local health professionals, we do feel a responsibility to also connect Canadians to legitimate sources of health and healthy-Healthy Living information where possible. This is especially true during this time.
By now, you have heard a lot of advice to self isolate and to practice social distancing. The time to act is now. Let’s help our front-line workers, protect those who are vulnerable and Flatten the Curve.
Please find below a collection of links to useful information on COVID-19 for Canadians. In the coming weeks we will endeavour to keep this page updated with more useful information.
