There is no denying that exercising will give you a better night’s sleep.

If you don’t like the gym, try working out outdoors. Take the kids or dog for a run down to the park. When you get there, use the monkey bars or a tree limb for chin ups, the picnic tables for dips and split squats. Run back home.

Now your cardio and a full Healthy Body, Healthy Body weight routine have been done and a good night’s sleep will be the reward, along with a healthier Healthy Body!
