Energy, antioxidants, blood purification, fibre, vitamins... So heathy and so healing. Blending greens into a smoothie releases even more essential nutrients that we don't always get when eating them whole. This Fresh Green Smoothie has the perfect name - it is super fresh and light with a dash of mint and a touch of sweetness. It is not as thick as a typical smoothie and is almost more of a juice - I like to have it for breakfast with a side of apple and almond butter or take it to go with a Super Seed & Nut Square. It also makes a perfect, light and energizing afternoon snack! Enjoy...
