Meditation for Productivity

My focus has gone up immensely with this being done daily for 2 months now...

A challenge for better balance and productivity in your day. My focus has gone up immensely with this being done daily for 2 months now… drinking a large glass of water first thing in the morning and just before work (on top of what I normally do) and then meditating 5 minutes each day.

Meditating to me means, thoughtless focus on an object such as the birds outside or closing my eyes and gently removing any thoughts that come into my mind by repeating “no distractions” or deep breathing while slowly stretching or praying. This can seem obvious and overstated these days but not many people actually do it! To know and not to do….is not to know!

So take action today and you just might find your energy and focus improve making you more productive and saving you wasted time.
