We are now providing online exercising videos and at-home treatment routines to help relieve your pain or injury.
You can get access to these online and at-home resources by signing up for a 1-on-1 ‘online’ video physiotherapy session at ProActive Rehab. This ‘online’ therapy will take place via our secure medical video conferencing format – on your end it feels similar to using Facetime, Facebook Video Messenger or Skype.
If you or someone you love, needs to see a physiotherapist but are either restricted to home or not comfortable to attend in person due to current circumstances, please reach out to us to schedule a Video Physiotherapy Session that will allow us to help you, without asking you to leave the comfort of your home.
Our online meeting system that allows us to interact with patients in a secure 1-on-1 virtual meeting room, gives you a chance to speak with one of our physiotherapist and learn what could be causing that pain, inflammation or discomfort.
