Why I like this idea: Low carb and plant based foods are great for disease prevention (think cancer, diabetes, auto -immunity, inflammatory conditions). I am not a vegetarian or a strict keto follower but something in between. The balance between the two is what works for me. Everyone is different in what feels good to their Healthy Body. What is universal is that whole foods = healthful and processed foods= harmful. Finding inspiring recipes really helps keep me on track.
