Rachel (BA Kin, MSc Sports Science) has practiced Kinesiology for more than 10 years with experience working with soft tissue injuries, postural malalignment, and pain management. Rachel strongly believes that a healthy lifestyle and exercise are very important components for improving one’s quality of life.
“From the moment we wake up to the point we go to bed, movement is an essential part of a person’s wellbeing. We all want to move through life with minimal pain and I love seeing a patient’s progression with seeing each client smiling when they get their life back!”
Rachel specializes in functional ability training, orthopedics, and soft tissue release. She has a certificate in Functional Capacity Evaluation and a Yoga Teacher’s Certification 240YTT.
