Anna is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy as well as Queen’s University where she completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology.
Working as a Kinesiologist in both clinical and community settings has given Anna the opportunity to work with a wide variety of conditions while prioritizing the individual. She values that each client is unique and strives to find the most meaningful approach to meeting that individual’s needs while successfully working towards achieving their goals. Anna is looking forward to bringing this mindset into her career as an RMT and use her combined knowledge and skills to not only effectively treat but also to inspire her clients in taking an active role in their own health and recovery.
Anna’s interests range from rehabilitation and athletic performance to stress reduction and general well-being. She strongly believes that massage therapy and movement are components that, especially when combined, have the potential to build and drive a strong, well-balanced, and healthy life for any individual.
