Policies

All patients are required to produce a valid Health card prior to each visit (if covered on the provincial OHIP health plan).

For the safety of our staff and patients, we have a zero tolerance policy for physical or verbal abuse and threats toward any patient or staff member. Any person displaying such behavior will be asked to leave the premises.

This office closes for lunch for one hour, weekdays between 12 noon and 2 pm, the exact time dictated by patient flow. Patient care will resume at the end of the lunch period.

We provide appointment and walk in (urgent) care.

This is not an emergency care facility. Please proceed to your nearest hospital emergency room if you require emergency care.
