Welcome to SuperMed Family Medicine and Walk-In Clinic. We are located at 591-15 Street East on the main level inside the Real Canadian Superstore. For registered family practice patients, Dr. Ardell, Dr. Kuhn, Dr. Banoub and Dr. Nina Rajabi have specific dates/times for booked appointments (see physician schedule below). Otherwise, patient visits are on a walk-in, first-come first-serve basis.
As advised by the Sask Health Authority, those patients who have a new cough or fever or those who have traveled internationally in the last 14 days or have come in contact with someone who has travelled internationally in the last 14 days, please call the office and the receptionist will put you in touch with our walk in doctor or call 811. If you need an appointment, we can offer you either a call back appointment or a face to face visit with your family doctor. For any walk in concerns, we continue to have our usual walk in hours. Note, Superstore is now closing at 8:00pm so our office will be closing at 8:00 as well. See new hours below.
Dr. Nina Rajabi will be taking maternity leave starting the end of June and will not be returning to her practice in Prince Albert. Dr. Rajabi is grateful for her time at SuperMed Clinic and the opportunity to meet some wonderful patients. She wishes you all a healthy future. If you are a patient of Dr. Rajabi’s and wish to seek a doctor in the clinic, Dr. Ardell is able to take on prenatal, obstetrical and pediatric patients and Dr. Banoub is accepting patients. You will need to speak to the clinic doctor directly about taking on your care. If you find a family doctor outside the clinic, you may continue to come to SuperMed Clinic for your walk-in medical needs and your file (with an administrative fee of $35), can be sent to another clinic. We are working at recruiting family doctors to the SuperMed clinic and will keep you posted.
We are changing our hours until we are able to get a full complement of family doctors at the clinic:
Mon - Thu. : 9am – 8pm
Friday: 9am – 5pm
Saturday: 9am – 4pm
