Hot Yoga is “body temperature” yoga. As a result of the increased temperature, your flexibility is increased, the body releases toxins easily. The intensity of your workout is up to you. There are classes through the day and evening to fit your needs.
The heat means that you can get into the postures more deeply and effectively and the benefits come quickly. You will experience a satisfying and almost addictive feeling of achievement from practicing yoga in the "body temperature" studio room.

Swedish Massage:
Swedish massage uses five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage. The five basic strokes are sliding or gliding, kneading, rhythmic tapping and friction. Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving function in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee over a period of eight weeks. It has also been shown to be helpful in individuals with poor circulation.
Thai Massage:
Thai Massage: Nuat phaen boran means "ancient/traditional massage". Thai massage originated in India and is based on ayurveda and yoga. The technique combines massage with yoga-like positions during the course of the massage; the northern style emphasizes stretching while the southern style emphasizes acupressure.
Traditional Chinese Massage:
Two types of traditional Chinese massage exist - Tui na (推拿) which focuses on pushing, stretching and kneading the muscle and Zhi Ya (指壓) which focuses on pinching and pressing at acupressure points. Both are based on principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Traditional Chinese Medicine:
Traditional Chinese Medicine's goal is to maintain the healthy function of the human body. The balance of yin and yang is of prime importance and concerns the meridian system. TCM is the treatment of the whole, including transformation and transportation within the body, and of the mental functions of thinking and studying.
Reflexology:
Reflexology is the "pressure point massage" of the foot, hand or ear. This will stimulate the reflexes of the foot, hand or ear and will directly have an effect on an organ or a gland or some part of the body. This generally will create relaxation and normalization of the functions of the body. Reflexology relaxes the reflexes to various parts of the body, improving lymph drainage, relaxing muscles and improved circulation. Nerves are stimulated. Have you ever had a foot massage? If "No", then it is time because you will feel totally relaxed and rejuvenated. If "Yes" then set up a weekly or monthly treatment because you know already that you will feel wonderful. Reflexology primarily eases stress and tension, which in turn can improve blood circulation, lymph drainage, assist in the elimination of toxins, and strengthening of the immune system.
