My counselling style is attentive, warm, and grounded. I aim to create meaningful and genuine connections enabling safe exploration of difficult/painful/confusing/hidden thoughts, emotions and behaviours as well as the larger systems that are impacting one's life. My aim is to assist tweens, adolescents, and adults in cultivating a clearer, deeper, gentler, and more open connection in their selves, in their relationships, and in their lives. Understanding, empathy, and non-judgement serve as the centrepieces to my therapeutic practice. I work collaboratively, conversationally, and creatively with clients to address the challenges they are facing. I pay close attention to the mind-body connection, and am passionate about how the expressive arts, narrative therapy, mindfulness practices, and contemplative writing furthers exploration.
Currently, all sessions are held online.
