What happens if we get disconnected or there is a bad connection during a video or telephone session?
Prior to the beginning of the session, there should be an agreed upon alternate mode of communication to conduct the session if the video session is interrupted, and we are unable to resume it.
If there is a bad connection during the telephone session and it cannot be easily resolved, the session will be rescheduled.
One possible arrangement would be to communicate via telephone for the audio part of the session and our secure video software for the visual; so that if either the audio or video is compromised, we can continue to communicate with the other mode...read more
