Low Vitamin D Levels May Result in A Shorter Life

Low Vitamin D levels might lead to shorter life span.

According to a study involving 78,000 Austrian adults, individuals with low vitamin D blood levels (less than 10 nmol/L) were nearly three times more likely to die during the following twenty years than participants with adequate vitamin D levels (50 nmol/L).
