My favorite type of work out to do is bodyweight. I enjoy chin-ups and dips (I frequently will do 100 chin-ups followed by 100 dips in about 20 minutes) and body weight squats and calf raises. Body weight exercises allow your body to move in its natural range of motion and don’t require gym equipment. Just yourself.
They also provide a cardio work out as they are much harder to perform than dumb bell and barbell exercises.
