Some people (myself included) prefer mornings so your work out is done and now you can go about the rest of your day without worrying how to fit it in. Some people have more energy in the morning while others have more energy in the afternoon or evening. There is no right or wrong time.
Listen to your body. When you feel the most energetic, that is the best time.
