All can be done without any weights or gym equipment!

There are a number of exercises that can be done at home and all of them can be accomplished without any weights or gym equipment.

Dips (off a chair or bench)


Bodyweight Squats


Prisoner Squats


Push Ups


Windshield wiper push ups


Inverted Rows (under a chair or table)


Lunges

Sit Ups or Crunches


Body Saws


Planks


These exercises will cover the upper and lower body along with the core. They can be made harder by wearing a weighted vest or by changing the elevation of your hands or feet.
